Refund Policy

Open Horizon Scientific Review does not offer refunds for submitted manuscripts. Once a manuscript has been submitted, it is entered into the review process and cannot be withdrawn.

However, there are a few exceptions to this policy:

• If you submit a manuscript to Open Horizon Scientific Review and later realize that it is not a good fit for the journal, you may contact the editorial office to request that it be withdrawn from the review process. If the manuscript has not yet been assigned to a reviewer, the editorial office may be able to withdraw it and refund your submission fee.
• If your manuscript is rejected by Open Horizon Scientific Review, you may be eligible for a partial refund of your submission fee. The amount of the refund will depend on the stage of the review process that your manuscript reached.
